Movéo Launches “Smarter” Advertising Campaign for Triton College

Movéo is preparing to launch a new brand advertising campaign for Triton College to help the River Grove community college increase its student enrollment by building brand preference.

The campaign positions Triton as the “smarter” choice for college education because of its strong academics and low-cost per credit hour, as compared to private colleges and universities in Illinois.

“We have been working intensely with Triton over the past two months, developing a new brand that will enable them to occupy a distinctive space in the crowded education category,” said Brian Davies, a partner at Movéo. The brand is now being translated in identity, outdoor and indoor advertising, newspaper advertising, radio spots, and recruitment materials, the first of which appear in mid-July.

“We’re excited about the launch because we believe that Movéo’s brand-centric approach does a great job of capturing and communicating the differentiating spirit of Triton. We’re looking for the campaign to have an impact on Fall enrollment” said Patricia Granados, Triton’s President.

Late last year, Triton requested proposals from a mix of 12 advertising and communication firms in the Chicago area. Each firm was asked to complete extensive written responses and demonstrate their marketing and creative abilities. Movéo was selected in March over two other competing finalists to win the account.
