Improving an online tool generates more leads


After a years-long partnership with Movéo to improve its perception in key markets, Bunzl — a leading distributor of retail, grocery and food service disposable products — engaged Movéo again when an opportunity arose with its redistribution company R3 to improve the design and functionality of a cost-saving tool for supply chain distribution.

Insight & Strategy

Movéo worked with R3 to build a wire frame and user experience for the tool that would help customers understand the potential cost savings by using R3 for their redistribution needs. For example, users would be able to quickly see the cost of warehousing overstock products based on proprietary data and analytics, and learn how to reduce or reallocate that cost using R3 services.

In building out a wire frame, Movéo’s Creative Technology team worked with R3 to determine the key data to include in the tool, and how to best capture a user’s information for lead generation.


Using R3 data and calculations, Movéo designed and developed the tool, using visually interesting representations of the data. This included the organizational structure for the placement of the calculation controls versus results, dynamic animations (i.e., stacks of cash building up and down based on users’ entries), and more.

Once the customer gets their results, including a full P&L statement, there is an option to sign up for a consultation, consequently generating strong leads.


The tool was well received by R3 and Bunzl management, and is currently in use by the sales team to help support the supply chain analytics team.
