If you do not want Movéo to contact you, you may “opt out” of this preference at any time, either online or by phone. You’ll have the option to opt back in at any point. What information do we collect?
In general, we collect business information that we believe will lead to deeper relationships with our clients and vendors or to promote our services. Also, if you contact Movéo, we may keep a record of that communication. We may occasionally ask users and visitors to complete surveys that we use for research purposes in order to improve our products and services.
How about “cookies”?
Cookies are pieces of information that some websites transfer to the computer that is browsing that website and are used for record-keeping purposes at many websites. Use of cookies makes web-surfing easier by performing certain functions such as saving passwords and other preferences regarding the use of the particular website. Many consider the use of cookies to be an industry standard. Our business uses cookies to provide you with personalized content and to understand how and how often visitors use our website. Browsers are usually set to accept cookies. However, if you would prefer not to receive cookies, you may alter the configuration of your browser to refuse cookies. If you choose to have your browser refuse cookies, it is possible that some areas of our site will not function as intended or at all.
How does Movéo track web visit behavior?
We use Google Analytics for aggregated, anonymized website traffic analysis. In order to track your session usage, Google drops a cookie (_ga) with a randomly-generated ClientID in your browser. This ID is anonymized and contains no identifiable information like email, phone number, name, etc. We also send Google your IP Address. We use GA to track aggregated website behavior, such as what pages you looked at, for how long, and so on. This information is important to us for improving the user experience and determining site effectiveness. If you would like to access what browsing information we have – or ask us to delete any GA data – please delete your _ga cookies, reach out to us, and/or install the Google Analytics Opt-Out Browser Add-On.
How does Movéo use your information?
Movéo’s primary goal in collecting information is to provide our users with a better online experience and promote our sales and marketing efforts. We will not share your personal information with anyone without your permission. We do not sell, trade or rent the personal information that Movéo users provide. We may, however, collect aggregate data about our user population (i.e. demographic information regarding the region or location of our user base) for advertising and marketing purposes, to test new content, functions and services. Users may provide us with as much or as little information as they choose, and we will always use our best efforts to safeguard it. Movéo also offers login options for clients so they can view their projects in progress. In order to grant access, clients may be asked to provide both information and preferences. If you change your e-mail or physical address, please contact Movéo and include both your old and new addresses. We may also hire other companies to provide limited services for us. If we decide to do so, we will only provide the customer information the company needs in order to fulfill that service. They will not be allowed to use that information in any other way.
